Being fit physically also means being fit mentally

Being fit physically has a lot of benefits. For example, when you are fit physically, it helps to maintain a healthy cardiovascular system and reduce blood pressure.  

 

Being fit physically also affects our mentality and as far as my experience goes, this benefit is huge. Today when I have something in mind, instead of staying at home and thinking about the negative outcome, I go to the gym and do exercise a lot. This does not solve the problem itself, but this at least eases my mind and how I think negatively. 

 

There was time when I was not fit. I was also very fat and I ate what I wanted to eat all the time. At that time, I had not much stamina like I have today. I got easily tired both physically and mentally. Then I started dieting and exercising. After several months, not only my body got sharper, but also my mind got sharper. Only good benefits.  If you have a lot of things in mind, it is a good idea to consider how your body affects your mind.
